Tender has multiple meanings and uses
- to hang out. Ella tiende la ropa. She hangs out the clothes (to dry).
- to tend. Ėl tiende ser un poco bruto. He tends to be a bit dumb.
- It can also mean to make (the bed) as in "tender la cama"
- to set (the table) as in "tender la mesa"
